The hotel wasn't the real 4-star experience I expected, but it was perfect for a quick stay in Kiel. The location is excellent, close to the port, and shopping areas, making it convenient for a pre-cruise stop. The dining was top-notch with a wide variety of local delicacies and excellent service. However, the room could have been better equipped with standard amenities like a safe and slippers.
